Typewriters

There are two typewriters in Newman Library that can be used for filling out pre-printed applications and similar instances when word processors won't work.

The latest versions of Acrobat Reader (and the full Acrobat program) provides a typewriter tool that allows typing text anywhere on a PDF. Users of the full Acrobat program can also use the text touchup tool to add text anywhere on a PDF. So if you are starting with a PDF, consider using one of these tools to add text instead of a typewriter.
