Blocked accounts

Patrons are blocked from checking out library materials if they exceed the fine limit of $20.00, have a recalled item that is overdue, or if their account is listed as billed or Bursar Billed.

You can remove the block by paying down fines to under $20, returning recalled items, or resolving billed items.

To view your account, log into My Library Record. To discuss your account, contact the Circulation/Reserve desk at either (540) 231-6340 or by email.

Check My Library Account to view all materials checked out to you, due dates, renewal options, awaiting materials you have requested, and any fines you may have.
