If you find and return a lost item that you have been charged for, you may request a refund. Refunds for previously-paid-for materials will only be reimbursed within sixty (60) days from the date of payment and will not include the $20.00 processing fee. However, once a patron's account has been sent to the Bursar's Office, they no longer have the option to purchase a replacement copy and are liable for the full amount.  Refunds are not immediate and may take up to eight (8) weeks to process.
