CRS is the research arm of the Library of Congress, providing analyses of issues of interest to congressional members and committees - i.e., virtually any topic. By law, most CRS reports are confidential. CQ-Roll Call has partnered with Penny Hill Press to offer every new and updated report published by the Congressional Research Service.
