Classroom reservation form

This form is for requesting a reservation of the library classrooms or an instruction session for ENGL and COMM freshman courses.

(If you'd like to schedule just a guided tour for your group, contact Tracy Hall (540-231-3067) or you can Schedule an instruction session with Special Collections . Students can also take a self-guided tour using their mobile device or one of our iPads; we record attendance that can be shared with you.)

You will be assigned a room based on availability, hardware and software required, and number of students expected. Filling out this form is not a guarantee of a reservation. Your request will be confirmed through email or by phone. Requests should be made as far in advance as possible. Requests requiring installation of software or sample files will require at least ten working days to setup.

The Torgersen Classroom can comfortably seat up to 22 students while the Newman Classroom can handle up to 50 students.
