July 22, 2008: Remove inappropriate links on ETD survey page

Please clean up the trash and inappropriate links contained in the "Viewing Results for 2006-2007 ETD User Survey" at http://lumiere.lib.vt.edu/surveys/results/index.php3?set_ID=2006/2007_ETD_User

Thanks to [this library user's] persistence (Does anybody know who [this] is?) and Kimberli Week's skills, this survey has been purged of its "trash and inappropriate links," etc. Unfortunately, the data may have been compromised, but fortunately only the 2005/06 ETD User survey was effected.
