Jan. 11, 2010 – Faculty and GTAs with Proxy privileges can now submit library owned items for course reserves directly from Addison. Simply log in to My Library Account, then perform a search in Addison for the book, video, or other item you need to place on reserve. When you are logged in and view the item's record, you will see Add to Course Reserve (Faculty and GTAs only) link in the External Links box to the right of the screen. This link will bring up a reserve request form and will pull information from Addison to fill out the Item Information section of the form for you. You will no longer need to copy and paste between screens to enter this information.

You will still need to fill in your personal and course information (many browsers will remember these entries, so tabbing to an empty field and pressing the down key may be enough to quickly fill in these sections).
