Jan. 23, 2013 – You can now subscribe to RSS feeds of changes recorded in My Library Account. After adding the feed URL to your RSS feed reader or custom home page, you'll be notified when changes to your account occur:

• You have items coming due soon
• You have items due today
• You have items overdue
• You have items on hold ready to pick up
• You have items that have been recalled
• You have recently incurred fines

You can also sign up to receive notifications through text message. Using Modify My Info in My Library Account, enter your phone number and choose to opt in to the service. You'll receive a confirmation message that you will need to respond to to complete the process. While email notifications are sent as a batch once a day, text messages are sent immediately when changes occur between 8:00am and 10:00pm (otherwise they are sent first thing the following morning).
