2013 Open Access Week schedule

    Open Access Week 2013

Virginia Tech Libraries are committed to promoting the value of open access and to providing Virginia Tech scholars with new open access options for showcasing their creative outputs. Each year, we celebrate Open Access at Virginia Tech in honor the annual global Open Access Week. We host a series of lectures and workshops to raise awareness of open access and options Virginia Tech scholars have for providing the widest possible access to their research and scholarship.

Open Access Week is brought to you by the University Libraries, the Graduate School, the Center for Digital Research and Scholarship, and the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.

The Distinguished Innovator in Residence is sponsored by Technology-enhanced Learning and Online Strategies (TLOS) and the University Libraries.

Send comments or suggestions to the event co-chairs, Philip Young and Gail McMillan.
