New multifunction equipment has now been installed that allow copying, printing, or scanning at stations located behind the main elevators on the first, second, and fourth floors. Simply swipe your Hokie Passport (stripe side up) to start the copying process or to select your print jobs from your personal print queue. Color and black and white options are available along with three paper sizes: letter (8.5x11), legal (8.5x14), and tabloid (11x17). Duplexing (double-sided) printing and copying is also an option.

The default printing settings are black and white, double-sided, no staple. You can change these by using the Properties or Preferences button in the print window.

If you don't have a Hokie Passport, you can purchase a copy/print card for $1.50

Photocopier/printers debit from Hokie Passport accounts using a card swipe. You can add funds to this account using a cash- to-card machines on the second floor in front of the Circulation Desk or on the fourth floor next to the copiers.

Local/Toll free $1/page
Domestic toll $2 first page ($1 each additional page)
International toll $6 first page ($3 each additional page)

The fax machine is located at the second floor Circulation Desk. Methods of payment accepted are cash, check, or transfer from Hokie Passport accounts. No credit cards or bank debit cards are accepted.
