If you don't have a Hokie Passport, you can purchase a copy/print card from the Circulation Desk for $1.50. You can then load funds onto this card using the cash-to-card machine in front of the Circulation Desk for use with our copier/printers. These funds will not be transferable to other accounts.

Copy/print cards fund will be valid only at the Newman Library, the Art + Arch Library, or Vet Med Library. Patrons will need to deposit funds for the copy/print card at the Newman Library Cash to Card Machine.
This is a debit account.
Lost or damaged cards can not be replaced.
No refunds will be made for values remaining on used cards.
All purchases are final.

Photocopier/printers debit from Hokie Passport accounts using a card swipe. You can add funds to this account using a cash to card machine on the second floor in front of the Circulation Desk.

Local/Toll free $1/page
Domestic toll $2 first page ($1 each additional page)
International toll $6 first page ($3 each additional page)

The fax machine is located at the second floor Circulation Desk. Methods of payment accepted are cash, check, or transfer from Hokie Passport accounts. No credit cards or bank debit cards are accepted.
