You will need to be logged into the wireless network to use wireless printing. The first time you use wireless printing, you'll need to install the Newman Public Printing printer driver (Windows version / Mac version) by downloading the installation package and running the installer.

1. Open your document.

   Use the print command (usually File menu: Print). Select the Newman Public Printing printer from the popup list of printers. Select any printing options (size, color, page range, duplexing) using the Properties button.

   A prompt box will appear. Enter your 9-digit Hokie Passport ID number (no hyphens).
4. Go to any photocopier/printer (on either the second or fourth floors behind the main elevators or in the branch libraries).
5.    
   Swipe your Hokie Passport (stripe up).
6.    
   An account screen showing your current balance will appear. You must have Hokie Passport value on your card in the "Flex" account. Funds can be added to your account using the cash to card machine in front of the Circulation Desk on the second floor. Push OK.
7.    
   A screen appears offering Print, Copy, or Account options. It also lists items in your print queue.
8. Select the items from your queue you wish to print. Once you choose your print jobs, your account will be debited and your items printed.
9.    
   Once you have completed using the photocopier/printer, be sure to log out using the button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
