Request Special Collections material located at storage

Special Collections materials located at Storage include copies of theses, dissertations, rare books, and faculty publications.

Special Collections materials that are held in Storage will be made available for use in that department only. This form should be used to request material be brought from Storage for viewing in Special Collections.

Library staff will notify you by e-mail when the material is available for viewing. Please check the Special Collections webpage for operational hours.

Coming Soon: You will be able to ask for Special Collections Storage items using the Request button in Addison. You will only have to enter your name and ID--no more entering title, author, call number, etc.

Requests require a 48 hour processing time to be delivered to on-campus locations. Occassionally requests may take up to 5 business days to process due to request volume or citation problems.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday with daily deliveries completed by 5:00pm.
