computer consulting
VT computer consulting operations technicians
are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to reset PID, Banner ID, Hokies
ID and other system passwords. Operations technicians also monitor system outages,
answer quick computing questions, and enter problem tickets for the Helpdesk.
