What Is It This Time? (WIITT?)
A blue, one-page monthly paper mailing to the university faculty that gives a brief and graphic example of a featured library resource or service. WIIT is also archived as part of Library News

A paper publication mailed twice a year to university faculty and to contributors to library development activities.
College Librarians
E-mail and direct contacts from the College Librarians associated with the individual colleges.
DDD List
Very selective messages needing quick and wide dissemination sent to Deans, Directors, Department Heads list to be passed on to members of each college and department.
Presentations to university agencies like Graduate Student Assembly, Undergraduate Student Government Association, Commissions, University Council, and college departments or at recurring events like the new faculty orientation program, NetBasics seminars, and Faculty Development Institutes.
