Shelving, Storage, and Courier Services maintains access to library materials via collecting, sorting, routing, retrieval, delivery, and filing of library collections.
The storage facility is an off-site shelving area for less heavily used library materials. A free delivery service is provided for the retrieval and delivery of these materials to and from Newman Library and the branch libraries. To request items from storage click the Request button on their Addison record screens.
The Library Courier Service transports library materials to and from Newman Library, the Storage facility, the branch libraries, and the book return bins located across campus.

*During 24 hour operation, a valid Hokie Passport is required to access or remain in the library between 12 midnight and 7:30am.
